WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR CUSTOM BULK ORDERS?
Custom Orders typically take 3-5 weeks from production to being delivered. Production is usually 1-3 weeks so we can make sure the orders are made exactly to your requests.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments can be made through the website via Paypal. We accept other payments like checks and Venmo, so reach out to us for any questions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
For individual items on our website, we offer free returns up to one week after delivery. We do Not offer returns for customized bulk orders but will work with you every step of the way to make sure your order comes out just how you imagined it.
